There are strict laws governing the prescription of stimulant medications. As part of legal requirements, regular medication reviews must be conducted when these medications are prescribed.
We will forward your request to your doctor, who will determine whether a prescription can be issued or if an appointment is required in order to obtain a script.
Please be advised it is your responsibilty to ensure you have requested Medication well in advance of running out. Our Paediatricans are not available for on the day requests.
Please submit the form at least 2 weeks before your medication runs out to allow adequate time for processing.

What is an E-Script (Electronic Prescription)?
An e-script (or electronic prescription) is a digital alternative to a traditional paper prescription. It enables healthcare providers to send prescriptions electronically to patients via SMS or email.
Here’s how it works:
You receive a token (QR code) via SMS or email.
Present the token at your pharmacy.
The pharmacy scans the token to dispense your medication.
Ask your pharmacist to return your repeat tokens to your phone after dispensing. Alternatively, they may keep your repeats on file for future use.
